Gembos cheese balls

Directions

1. Mix grated cheese and form small balls.

2. Then, roll them through flour.

3. Dip the balls in beaten egg, one at a time. 

4. Lastly roll them into bread crumbs and crushed Gembos.

5. In a skillet heat oil and then cook the balls until golden. Enjoy!
